Hotel Ponta Delgada - Ponta Delgada (Sao Miguel)

Had an awesome stay in my all holidays, everything was great. New-fashioned and tidy room with balcony was enjoyable😃

The breakfast was freshly cooked and extensive at least for espresso and all the food was good! The location was nice there, very close to midtown. Moreover, it was next to the centre of town, and the harbour, and central downtown.

Lack of charm, simple breakfast, hotel requires refurbishment but the rooms are ok.

The location was perfect to access the main core of Ponta Delgada. The receptionist Claudia was extremely professional and courteous. Our room was cleaned efficiently.

Not very clear that Wi-Fi only available from the 3rd floor & up. We were on the second floor.

I liked the location, price and the facilities. Really enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi.

It was rather rainy during our stay and teh hotel was not offering a lot of facilities. I would only choose it when good weather is pretty much guaranteed e.g. in high season and treat it as a place to sleep.

I stayed here before, always well-designed and tidy rooms with a view of ponta delgada. The setting was favourable, just next door to sea and centre, the center of town where all the good restaurants are, and Santo Cristo sanctuary...

Good location, clean, professional staff, pool & jacuzzi, good breakfast. Everything was ok.

Double bed was in my opinion too small (140cm), and not very comfortable.

It was in a great location. Close to everthing. Staff were very freindly and helpfuly. Clean rooms with a great view.

Would have liked to have a bar fridge in the room to keep cold water.

The breakfast spread was way better than I expected. I loved lounging by the heated swimming pool and unwinding in the sauna. Only downside was some noise from planes taking off, but it was kinda interesting to watch, not a big deal. Make sure to grab a cab early in the day since they fill up fast 😊

I liked the cleaness of the hotel and just a few minutes from the airport pdl. The breakfast is OK,we can survive.

The internet connexions are free but there is a problem of wifi range depending which floor you are. There is no tv remote control in the room and the tv is up fixed on the wall...

The location of the hotel was very convenient, and the included breakfast were the two most beneficial aspects of the stay. The staff was helpful when asking for meal suggestions and daily activities. Aside from the uncomfortable bed mentioned below, the facility as a whole was adequate.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable and unsupportive. I could find no position to get comfortable and stay asleep more than a few hours, and would awake each morning with considerable back pain.
